Areas We Support

At My TherAbility, we provide personalised, neurodiversity-affirming telehealth speech pathology services for individuals with ASD, ADHD and other neurodivergent communication profiles.

We recognise that every individual communicates, learns and experiences the world differently.

Our therapy focuses on practical, everyday communication skills that help indivudals express themselves, advocate for their needs, build meaningful relationships and participate in activities that matter to them.

Conversation and Communication Differences:

Supporting individuals to navigate conversations, understand different communication perspectives, ask for clarification, explain their point of view and resolve misunderstandings while respecting their natural communication style.
